The feud between Donald Trump and Stephen A. Smith continues — and President Trump responded to Smith’s latest comments.
Smith went on television to go on a more than three-minute rant against Trump after the president called SAS “low IQ.”
Now, Trump says:
“Stephen A. Smith is an arrogant fool and a man of low IQ. In other words, he is ‘dumb as a rock’ and completely unqualified to consider running for high political office, or even low political office!” TruthSocial posted on Wednesday.
“He will be wiped out in a debate by the most incompetent politician,” Trump continued. “Joe Biden’s current ‘legendary’ performance looks great compared to everything this big-mouthed huckster has to offer, but it’s not much! Within weeks, they’ll be laughing at him for quitting politics!!!”
Highlights of the SAS rant include: “I’d compare my IQ to your IQ any day of the week,” Smith said.
“What better way could I ask why you’ve been avoiding me for the past year since I’ve wanted to talk to you? I could ask you to argue with me because you think you’re that guy – there are a number of ways we can go about it, but I’m not going to let you off the hook.”
He also told the now-president not to play the rest of the series after the Knicks suffered a crushing loss in Game 3.
“This is what you do. I thought you were from New York?” Smith said. “I thought you cared? I thought this was important to you? Obviously, that’s not the case, and you know how we know that? Because you were actually talking about coming back for Game 4.
“Obviously, you need to rest and the New York Knicks need to rest… Give New Yorkers a break and stay in the White House. Do whatever you have to do, but stay away from the New York Knicks for the rest of this series.”
Waiting for the latest reply from SAS.
