President Christine Lagarde said the European Central Bank will end in the eighth cut campaign to cut interest rates within a year. She commented in her opening speech at the ECB’s six-week briefing in Frankfurt. Earlier policy makers lowered euro zone interest rates to 2% for the eighth time in the year.
