Coachella Valley finally broke through at Colorado State, scoring twice early in the third period and winning 4-0 in Game 2 of the Pacific Division finals on Friday night.
With the best-of-five series tied at a tie, both teams will travel to Colorado for Game 3 on Sunday.
JR Avon He broke the deadlock 1 minute and 20 seconds into the third quarter with the first of his two goals on the night. This ends the Eagles goalie’s shutout streak Trent Miner 145 minutes and 10 seconds.
