Vincent Torres, 15, of Boy Scouts 218 from Torrance, was one of 3,500 BSCOUTS held Saturday at Los Angeles National Cemetery in Westwood. They were instructed to plant a flag on each tombstone, saying the name on the tombstone and paying homage.
