The first white South Africans arrived in the U.S. on Monday, after the State Department announced the priority of the Africa Dutch refugee resettlement program. A plane carrying 49 Afrikaners is a white minority in South Africa and landed at Washington Dulles International Airport on Monday morning, The New York Times reported.
