Nicolas Cage's ex-girlfriend is taking legal action against the actor and his son Weston Cage, claiming Weston (who described as a professional 300-pound warrior) in a brutal The April attack brought her “life-threatening damage”.
Christina Fulton intends to sue her 34-year-old son assault and assault and father's failure to prevent Weston from committing violence while caring for him, and a Los Angeles Superior Court was filed Tuesday Unapplied civil litigation.

Neither Nicolas nor Weston Cage could comment immediately.
Weston was arrested in June and charged him with assaulting his mother and a man named Rohit Jagadish on two counts of felony charges. Weston repeatedly beat two victims, causing injuries, LAPD said in a statement to the Times in July. He pleaded not guilty to both charges in July.

A few days ago, Weston and his then-bride, Nikki Williams, were arrested after an incident in the apartment and arrested on felony domestic violence charges. In 2017, he was detained on suspicion of DUI and crash.
The April attack “was once a thriving career as a former model, actress and entrepreneur” interrupted her shooting of Netflix performances as well as skin care and fitness venture capital, the complaint said.
Fulton dated Nicolas Cage from 1988 to 1991.
In 2009, she sued Cage, accusing him of owing her $13 million and breaking her promise to give her a house at Hancock Park. The case was resolved under an unpublished agreement in 2011.
In November, Fulton filed a lawsuit against Weston's third ex-wife, Hila Arounian, accusing her of embezzling $100,000 and demanding a “fraudulent restraining order” to stop Fulton and Fulton and Nicolas Cage see their granddaughter.
