Matt Walsh has established himself as one of the most drug-related anti-aliased trans paranoids in the United States and has frequently posted cruel incidents about trans communities online. Walsh calls himself a “theocratic fascist” in his resume on X, and he sometimes laughs at it as a joke. But, in the Trump era, we all know how “jokes” are often covered up.
Kapitanski's attorney David Sleigh is challenging the felony charges and hopes to lack interaction with YouTube videos as evidence of something important.
According to VT Digger, “Kyle said Kyle had walked about five miles and his computer was playing some kind of video, but the official said their IT partner said there seemed to be no interaction with the computer during those 11 minutes.”
The email to Kapitansky's attorney did not return immediately. If we hear back, Gizmodo will update this post.
