Springfield, Massachusetts. …The American Hockey League today announced the Texas Star Forward MatějBlümel Has been selected as Howies Hockey Tape/AHL Players of the Week The period ended March 2, 2025.

Bruemer scored a total of three goals and six assists in four consecutive multi-point games last week, helping Texas to reach No. 1 in the Central Division.

Blümel scored twice and lost a 6-4 assist to the Grand Rapids on Tuesday night before scoring again in a 5-2 win over Griffins on Wednesday before scoring again.
