Hamas says deal with Israel during a stagnant ceasefire phase

Palestinian militant group Hamas said on Tuesday that it had reached an agreement with Israel to release more than 600 Palestinian prisoners from Israel and return four bodies to the Israeli hostages.

The agreement aims to break the deadlock that endangers the ceasefire agreement derails before the completion of the first phase.
