Remember the Fyre Festival, a catastrophic failed music festival that completely collapsed in 2017 and fell into chaos in the Bahamas? Well, it's getting a sequel, and if you feel adventurous, tickets are on sale now.
Fyre Festival 2 (also known as Fyre II) will be held from May 30 to June 2 at Playa Fyre in Isla Mujeres on the Cancun coast of Mexico, according to a press release shared by Billy McFarland on Instagram, which was a fraud creator Billy McFarland. The infamous Fyre Festival.

Fyre 2 is working with Soldout.com and Friendlysky to offer tickets and treat packages for guests who “rewrite holiday scripts.”

The site offers four packages: Fyre Ignite, Fyre Fuego, Fyre Phoenix and Fyre's Prometheus God.
The Fyre Ignite package includes four-day Fyre Festival 2 and shipping from preferred hotel locations for $1,400 per person. The Fyre Fuego package costs $5,000 per person, which includes a four-day VIP entry into the festival, including front row viewing on the stage and close-up viewing of the battle pits – where MMA fighters fight against each other every night.
The price of these packages does not include accommodation and flights, but buyers can use “Fyre Concierge” to help with “private flights” and will receive a “preferred rate” at hotels in the area.

Fyre Festival and McFarland were originally a two-week luxury music festival on the island of Great Exuma in Bahamas when the 2017 festival audiences encountered unsuitable conditions.

The festival was co-founded and sold by rapper JA Rule, who owns influential people like Kendall Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski and Hailey Bieber. JA Rule later said he was also cheated by McFarland and was subsequently dismissed a $100 million class action lawsuit.
As part of his 2018 prison sentence, McFarlane was ordered to repay the $26 million he cheated from investors.
Both McFarland and JA Rule publicly apologized for the disastrous 2017 Fyre Festival.
McFarland first announced Fyre Festival 2 in 2023 and claimed he had begun selling tickets for the event's second attempt.
Despite no official dates, the music lineup is even a location – except for the Fyre Festival II that will obviously be held in the “Caribbean” – the first 100 tickets are reportedly sold out. Tickets are priced at $499 each. The festival website said the event is expected to be held “at the end of 2024.”
