With all the excitement of the upcoming opening weekend in the AHL, it can't be better, can it? Oh, you dare to bet.
As part of an expanded partnership between AHL and Flosports, a week of free AHL game will be on display every Saturday throughout the regular season, which is live on FloHockey’s social media platform.
For AHL games selected this week, the same live stream will be available on FloHockey’s YouTube and X pages. The game will also be live on Facebook and available on FloHockey’s pages as well as on AHL’s pages and on each team in the game’s pages, giving fans a variety of ways to participate in live game action.
If they choose to do so, FloHockey users can still enjoy the game as they would with the FloHockey.tv or the FloSports app.
2024 Cleveland Monsters and Hershey Bears
The first live and free streaming game this season will be Saturday, October 12, when defending champion Hershey Bears hosted the Cleveland Monsters, who will lift the 13th Calder Cup Banner that night.
Hockey is scheduled to drop at 7 p.m. ET, but FloHockey will also hold a banner ceremony that will begin at 6:40 p.m. ET.
Selected AHL games this week will be announced within a week of AHL and FloHockey airing. FloHockey will also provide additional editing coverage for each AHL game this week on FloHockey.tv and social media, and highlight coverage.

AHL and FloHockey will showcase this week's free games on Facebook throughout the season. You can access the game on Facebook in a variety of ways. FloHockey will play Home and (if any) Road broadcasts on its Facebook page. Additionally, home broadcasts will be streamed on AHL and Home Team’s Facebook pages. If anything, road broadcast will be shared on the Route Team’s Facebook page. Free broadcasts will begin shortly before the puck drops.
