Fifty seasons, thousands of sketches and 894 masters (two of whom were murdered in Steve Martin and John Mullaney), and Saturday Night Live Still very powerful. Touted on the red carpet as “the biggest actor party in television history”, SNL50 Promised to be a special show for all specialties, packed with sketches, musical performances and serious sensuality for over three hours, and delivered in most cases.
Many of the sketches from last night can be inhabited with familiarity and love, while also injecting some new energy. Popular Shots: While the sketch certainly hits a crescent worthy of the anniversary show, we need to pause on Domingo.
