Draymond Green Rips Rising Stars Attend All-Star Sunday

Draymond Green fiercely criticized the NBA's attempt to resume the All-Star game by including a new star on the NBA Sunday.
In this year's new format, the new star (composed of young NBA talent and G League talents) competed in their own game Friday, with the winner playing Shaq's team on Sunday's All-Star team.
But Draymond said the young prospect is not worth it to compete with the NBA's All-Stars.
“These young people, if they're on the rising star team, shouldn't be playing on Sunday,” Green said.
He added: “I played hard on Sunday night of the All-Star Weekend because the ratings were lower and the game was in bad shape, so we brought new stars. It wasn't the solution at all.”
However, he didn't do it honestly on the All-Star Weekend, and he also called today's NBA products boring.
“All property is some type of chess move,” Green said. “You don't know that in the NBA today. … You're not only going to get it regularly. It's who can run faster, who can score three points , this is not the substance. I think it's boring.”
In an interview, the late great Kobe Bryant once called today's game “accidental basketball.”
“It’s all about penetration and pitch,” Kobe said. “You might shoot, you might not.”
Draymond confirmed: “He can never do it again.”
Green shared that he has gone on to make some more interesting confessions on live TV after he retired as head coach with the Warriors.
Although, he did say that it wasn't something he wanted to do, so it's definitely probably the classic Draymond hat.
He is also very confident in the chances of Golden State to win chips this year after competing for Jimmy Butler trade.
“I said 'I think we're going to win the championship,' but I lied…we're going to win the championship,” he confirmed his co-host.
