Montreal Canadiens acquire forward Sasha Pastujov Acquired from Anaheim Ducks for Forward Sean Farrell.
The 23-year-old Pastujov completed his third professional season in the 2025-26 season, playing 71 games for the AHL San Diego Gulls, contributing 21 goals, 36 assists, and 57 points, setting career highs.
Originally a third-round pick of the Ducks in the 2021 NHL Draft, Pastujov has totaled 48 goals and 77 assists for 125 points in 160 career AHL games, all with San Diego.
The 24-year-old Farrell played all 72 games for the AHL’s Laval Rocket in the 2025-26 season and set personal bests with 36 assists and 53 points.
In 186 games over three seasons with the Rockets, he scored 46 goals and 79 assists for 125 points.
Farrell was a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NHL Draft. He has played 6 NHL games for the Canadiens and scored one goal.
