Griffins tie AHL road scoring record | TheAHL.com

The Grand Rapids Griffins tied an American Hockey League record with a 5-4 overtime loss to the Milwaukee Admirals on Tuesday night at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panther Arena.
The Griffins have an away record of 14 wins, 0 draws and 1 loss this season, tying the longest away record in AHL history. The Admirals were undefeated in 16 regular road games in 2011-12 (10-0-4-2).
Grand Rapids' overall record in the 2025-26 season is 29 wins, 2 draws, 2 losses and 1, scoring 61 points, 21 points ahead of the other teams in the Central Division. Their .897 scoring percentage puts them on pace to break the single-season record held by the 1992-93 Binghamton Rangers (57-13-10, .775).
The Griffins return to action Friday at home against Rockford. They hope to break the road points record when they visit Manitoba on Jan. 23.
