Stephen Curry says 'everyone should be vigilant'

After breaking up with Under Armor, it's been so fun to watch Steph Curry release a different sneaker every game, something he says everyone should be wary of.

Curry has been tearing up and wearing some sneakers to match the team he's facing at a certain moment or with a particular player.

During a recent game against the Jazz, Steph wore Michael Jordan's signature “Flu Game” Air Jordan XIV in the tunnel and also wore the Nike “IONESCREW” Sabrina 3s during the game.

“It was cool to learn about the history of the game and the themes surrounding some of the teams we were playing. I took out the (Jordan) flu game and the final footage and then wore the Sabrina 3 for the game,” Curry told reporters. “Everybody should be on their toes. I'm calling everybody. Trying to get some good product. It's fun to pay homage to certain eras, moments in games, current athletes who are doing great things. Just have fun with it.”

Curry was asked about the story behind Sabrina attending the game and wearing her sneakers.

“It was kind of a coincidence — I didn’t know she was going to be here until yesterday — and I only had one pair of shoes, and it was a great moment,” Curry said. “She's doing some amazing things, she's a champion and hats off to another Bay Area athlete who's doing amazing things.”

Stephan went on to explain that he had tried to sign Ionescu to his brand.

“I tried to take her to Curry Brand when she was out of school,” he said. “It's going to be hard to let the Oregon Ducks leave Nike.”

Last week, Curry wore Shaquille O'Neal's Reebok Shaqnosis sneakers, which were released in 2005 before the Warriors took on the Magic.

During free agency, he was also spotted wearing Jimmy Butler’s “Batman” Li-Ning JB 4, “Mambacita” Nike Kobe 6 and “Royal” Nike Air Foamposite One.
