Kochetkov joins Wolves for training TheAHL.com

Carolina Hurricanes activate goalie Peter Kochetkov He was placed on injured reserve and assigned to train with the Chicago Wolves of the AHL.
Kochetkov helped the Wolves win the Calder Cup in 2022. He played 47 games for the Hurricanes in the 2024-25 season, with a record of 27 wins, 16 draws and 3 losses, a goals against average of 2.60 and a save percentage of 0.898.
A second-round pick of Carolina in the 2019 NHL Draft, Kochetkov has appeared in 116 career NHL games with a 65-36-12 record, a 2.47 GAA, a .905 save percentage and 10 shutouts.
During his career, Kochetkov appeared in 44 AHL regular season games with Chicago and Syracuse, with a record of 33 wins, 7 draws and 4 losses, a GAA of 2.38, a save percentage of 0.911, and three shutouts. On March 3, 2023, he also scored a goal in Chicago's 4-1 victory over Manitoba.
Kochetkov went 5-1 (1.65, .950) in the 2022 Calder Cup Playoffs with two shutouts.
