Jonathan Kuminga's agent sends news about the future to the Warriors

Jonathan Kuminga and his future with the Golden State Warriors are clouded, and his agent Aaron Turner doesn't hide uncertainty.

Turner confirmed that his client is considering getting a qualified offer and entering unlimited free agents next summer.

“He wants to choose where he wants to go. Qo is definitely real,” Turner said.

Golden State has proposed multiple contracts to Kubinga. A deal was a three-year contract in the final season, with a contract of $75.2 million and offered a team option.

The other is two years, worth $45 million, but constitutes a team choice in the second year, with no trade terms. The third is Turner’s three-year offer worth $54 million for his clients.

The problem Turner emphasizes is control.

“If JK wants to participate [the qualifying offer]it does have upside space, right? We've talked about it. You have no deals. Turner explains that you will have unlimited free agents. [with cap space]. 'Good, there will be six teams with cap space for the top wings under 35 on the market. So there is a lot of room for improvement. ”

The Warriors are still focused on chasing victory, while Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green are working to define Kuminga's role.

Head coach Steve Kerr never relied on him completely, and it was obvious that Kumimga was not suitable for the style he wanted to implement as a coach.

Trade talks with Sacramento and Phoenix were reportedly stalled earlier this summer.

With the October 1 deadline looming, Golden State and Kubinga reached a compromise agreement, or the striker accepted a qualified offer and positioned himself elsewhere.
