It's no surprise that Duke's feeling Cooper Flagg was selected as No. 1 pick by Mavericks.

NBA insider Kevin O'Connor summed up Flag perfectly:
“Flagg is a do-it-all forward who hustles like a madman, makes his teammates better as a passer, and has dialed in a knockdown jumper. He's both the best offensive and defensive prospect in this draft class, making him the safest No. 1 pick in ages. It's his growth as a shot creator that will decide if he reaches his All-Star floor or soars to his Hall of Fame ceilinging.”
This is the entire first round draft order.

Young was originally selected in the second round, so it was a surprise for Memphis. He joined the Rockets (No. 1 pick in 2002) and Yi Jianlian (No. 6 pick in 2007) as the highest Chinese-born player in NBA history.
A source from Nuggets just texted me: “Chinese Jokic”, telling the surprise choice of a blazer.
