Eight people sleep starts AI-powered POD 5 sleep system

Eight Sleep has launched a new sleep system called POD 5, which leverages the power of artificial intelligence and people are expecting many new products today. The POD 5 system consists of a cover, wheel hub, blanket and a base that works with any mattress you already have. Its lid and hydraulically powered blanket cool or heats the entire body at 55 degrees Fahrenheit to 110 degrees, adjusting its temperature based on the biometric readings of the embedded sensor on the cover.
If the system detects that you are hitting s through vibration, it will basically automatically raise your head, which is clinically proven to reduce hitting s. The base should be done between your mattress and the bed frame, but can also be used independently using an optional leg kit. The POD 5's base is equipped with a built-in surround sound speaker that plays audio, which the company is designed to support relaxation and recovery. The company has added guided meditation techniques to its audio options, along with well-curated white noise and calming sounds. Finally, the hub contains water that the system uses to adjust the temperature of the cover and blanket. It also includes technologies like connecting POD 5 to WiFi on the Internet.
The entire experience is powered by its proprietary AI-powered autopilot, which has been trained on nearly 10 million hours of sleep data, the company said. It can also learn from your own biometrics and sleeping methods, so the system can be adjusted as needed. Additionally, Eight Sleeps have launched an AI-driven algorithm called health checks that monitors your heart and breathing rate as you sleep through a sensor in the cover. For example, if your heart rate or breathing shows some abnormality, you will see a report in the app that comes with your system notifying you of reading.
POD 5 systems are now available for purchase in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Monaco and Switzerland.
