“Anora”: When to watch an Oscar-winning movie on Hulu

The drama that won a huge small budget at this year's Oscars is finally here. Tomorrow, you can see for yourself about the appeal of Anora Academy, the movie is available for streaming at Hulu's home.

The dark fairy tale is likened to the 21st century 80s rom-com pretty woman, telling the story of a New York sex worker (played by Mikey Madison) who elopes with Vanya, the son of the Russian oligarch (Mark Eydelshteyn). The two are soon swept by a whirlwind romance, tying them in Las Vegas. However, the happiness of their marriage is short-lived when the two newlyweds meet Vanya’s parents’ anger at the incident.

The film was nominated for six Academy Awards and won an impressive five Academy Awards earlier this month, including Best Picture, Best Director for Sean Baker, Best Actress for Mikey Madison, Best Editor and Best Original Screenplay.

When will “Anora” be played on Hulu

This comedy is scheduled to Monday, March 17.
