The man was reportedly detained during a flight where he bites and hits other passengers

A man was reportedly detained after a flight to Los Angeles and hit other passengers.
Transportation Safety Administration spokesman Lorie Dankers said the unidentified man was on a Delta Airlines flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles when he attacked other passengers.
According to ABC 7 News, the man also had at least one passenger during the incident.
Los Angeles Fire Department and Los Angeles World Airport Police Department responded to the plane shortly after landing at 11:45 a.m.
Airport police interviewed multiple witnesses.
A Delta Air Lines spokesman said in a statement that the airline is working with law enforcement.
“The Delta has zero tolerance for unruly behavior and has investigated it with law enforcement,” the spokesperson said.
Los Angeles World Airport police did not immediately respond to requests for information about the incident.
“They ended up transporting destructive passengers to local hospitals for medical evaluation,” Dankers said.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the agency has investigated more than 2,100 incidents involving passengers. So far this year, 311 incidents have been reported to the FAA.
