Struggling to sleep? These are essential sleep our editors swear by

Of all the pregnancy pillows I've tested, my favorite is the Frida Mom Adjustable Guardian Pregnancy Pillow. This lightweight cylinder-shaped pillow is filled with particles that provide proper airflow and keeps cool. It is also fully adjustable and can be molded into U-, C-, L- or I-shaped shapes. Because it is plastic, it will also be less likely to be compared to a full-body pregnancy pillow if you share a bed.
If you don't like softer options, it may not be for you. This pillow is best for me and my needs throughout most of my pregnancy, but it may be more appropriate when your abdomen grows up and needs some support while sleeping beside you.
I like that this pillow isn't too big and you can easily manipulate it when you switch sleeping positions all night long. I also appreciate how the pillows are not overheated and are comfortable all night long. I even grabbed my husband for a nap, so if you are usually on the side sleeper you can enjoy this pillow as well.
