Marvel competitor's Galacta gift event makes ranking easier

Since the game was launched in December, Marvel competitors' ranking competition system has not lacked criticism. Players get a ranking from victory far outweigh the losses of losses, with players with a leading win rate of less than 50% climbing up a ladder or diamond or master – in the eyes of some, the ranking distribution loses many of its meanings and reputation.
Now, Marvel competitors’ latest campaigns have the potential to further confuse the skills sector of competitive models May 15. Galacta's Gift Event Pass will include eight Chrono Shield cards that will prevent players from losing rankings after losing a competitive match.

The decision to add further safeguards to Marvel's experience rankings is confusing. But that could be another way to keep senior player engagement, especially when the support players strike in season 2.
The number of Steam players is a flawed metric that measures the success of a game, as the number of players will naturally decrease and drop depending on what happens in the game, and these charts only account for a subset of PC players in the player that contains the console. Even so, Marvel rivals reportedly ended with more players than they did in the early stages of Season 2. This event may be a quick way to scratch some lost players, even if it hurts the competitive integrity of the game.
Whether Chrono Shield cards will damage the game's playing field, they will stay here. Here's how to get them – among other rewards included in the new Galacta gift event.
The Chrono Shield card is a new consumable item that protects your ranking points.
Chrono Shield Card Will Protect Your Ranking Points
Complete the event challenge during Galacta’s Gift Event will upgrade the free event pass, which contains seven levels of different rewards.
On the two and four levels, players will receive a separate bundle of four Chrono Shield cards. This means you can earn eight Chrono Shield cards during the project's debut.
Once the Chrono Shield card is activated, it will remain active until it loses its competitive game. After the loss, your Chrono Shield card will be consumed – but you won't lose any ranking due to failure.
You can have up to 20 Chrono Shield cards at a time and clear your inventory at the end of the season. This seems to indicate that consumables will be abundant enough that you can stack them, although we don't know yet how players can earn more money outside of this event. Regardless, it is healthy to be skeptical of the new members of the game – especially if these items are transferred to a paid bundle at some point in the future.
Chrono Shield cards will not remove existing Chrono Shield systems for bronze, silver and gold players as they lose the ranking game. After enough losses, the lower-ranked players earned Chrono Shield – protecting them from a single game relegation. Since this system protects ranking points in the lowest ranking, I recommend saving your Chrono Shield card until you reach the platinum rating at least on the competitive ladder.
Cost Coins are used to unlock premium skins for launching characters – including Jeff's Invisible Dolphin Skin.
How to get free clothing at Galacta’s gift event
The Chrono Shield card will probably be the most controversial event reward among Marvel competitors so far, but the juiceiest prize in the new event is the last layer of costume coins.
This special currency can only be obtained in another event – Paid Super Orange Venom Pickup Bundle. If you have a clothing coin, you can trade it into a quality skin from a clothing store.
Many of these skins cost 1,600 units, a standard premium currency for Marvel competitors, which is about $16. Spending $3 to earn clothing coins is a good deal. It would be better to be able to earn clothing coins for free during the new event.
However, there are many warnings for clothing coin exchange. Only season 0 hero costumes are available – this means you can buy costumes for heroes that are available at launch. This means that the clothing coin exchange will not be available for members of Fantastic Four and Emma Frost.
Once you have the clothing coins, you can trade by navigating to the Exchange tab located under the store menu. I highly recommend you bring invisible dolphin skin to Jeff the Shark, so you can look cute and adorable when you harass the enemy's backline.
