Wolf Pack's Fix-Wolansky named AHL Player of the WeekTheAHL.com

Springfield, Massachusetts …American Hockey League announces Hartford Wolfpack forward today Trey Fix-Wolansky has been selected as Howies Hockey Video/AHL Player of the Week Period ending March 8, 2026.
Fix-Wolanski scored five goals and added two assists in three games for the Wolfpack last week, helping Hartford fall within four points of a playoff spot in the Atlantic Division.
After scoring once in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to Providence, Fix-Wolanski had two goals and two assists to lead the Wolfpack to a 6-0 win over Bridgeport on Friday, reaching the 20-goal plateau for the fourth straight season. Then on Saturday night, he scored twice to help Hartford beat Hershey 5-2, extending his point streak to six games (7g, 6a).
In his first season with the New York Rangers after signing as a free agent on July 3, 2025, Fix-Wolanski leads Hartford with 23 goals and 41 points in all 55 games so far in the 2025-26 season. The Edmonton, Alta., native has appeared in 344 games in the AHL over seven professional seasons, totaling 135 goals and 165 assists for 300 points, while adding four goals and nine assists in 23 Calder Cup playoff games. Fix-Wolanski, who was originally drafted by Columbus in the seventh round of the 2018 NHL Draft, has four goals and two assists in 26 NHL games with the Blue Jackets.
