LeBron hasn't forgotten Jaylen Brown's Brownie slur

LeBron James won't soon forget what Jaylen Brown said about Bronny.
The Lakers star was asked about his relationship with Brown following Los Angeles' 111-89 loss to the Celtics on Sunday night.
He took the opportunity to mention a moment from Summer League when Brown was caught criticizing James' eldest son, Bronny James.
Jaylen Brown: 'I don't think Bronny [James] Is a professional player. “
Kysre Gondrezick: “I think he's definitely going to be on a G-League team.”
JB: “I don’t think so, I think he’s going to join the Lakers because of his name.” 👀

“We have a very respectful relationship, except for — he talked about Bronny in summer league,” James said. “But other than that, we're doing fine.”
James said he and Brown “are going to be fine.”
“I think he said some relevant things on social media,” James said. “It's all good, but Brownie has a long way to go, but that's another story. But that kid, I mean, listen, JB is doing [great]. S——, he plays great basketball, man. “
LeBron even said that Brown has made a strong contribution to the MVP this season.
“As for the MVP thing, I don't understand why his name isn't being talked about,” James said. “Like, no one gave them a chance to start the season. And what was he averaging, 30? Less than 30? I'm telling you, sometimes it's a popularity contest.”
When asked about his performance this year, Brown was humble.
“I feel like I'm the best two-way player in the world,” Brown said. “I'm on the floor playing both ends of the floor. Every night, I'm available, which is hard to do. I'm a leader. I help lead my team and allow my team to play with confidence, and those things don't always show up in analytics. And I'm a winner. I work hard to win every night. So I'm grateful.
“It was an honor to be a part of the Celtics-Lakers game. It was an honor for LeBron, who is arguably the best player to ever play the game, and he gave me some high praise. So, I'm grateful.”
