The Iowa Wild take on the Milwaukee Admirals in the Iowa Wild Outdoor Classic, where the two teams will play an outdoor game in front of thousands of people for only the 13th time in AHL history. This not-to-be-missed event will take place during the 20th anniversary of Minnesota Hockey Day 2026 on Friday, January 23 at 5:30 PM ET in Hastings, Minnesota, and will be broadcast live exclusively on FloHockey and the FloHockey 24/7 FAST channel on Prime Video (U.S. only), Fubo (U.S. and Canada) and Bell Fibe TV channel 3201 (Canada only).
Emotions will be high when the Iowa Wild play in front of a home crowd, temperatures may reach some of the lowest in professional hockey history, and Milwaukee, currently one of the best teams in the league, looks to make a statement as a contender for the AHL's Calder Cup. Hastings is gearing up for a fun-filled weekend for 80,000 hockey fans to experience exciting outdoor hockey, community pride and unforgettable moments at the Hockey Day celebrations.

The Iowa Wild Outdoors Classic will be held at the United League of Legends Arena in Hastings, Minnesota. The permanent outdoor rink is the site of Minnesota Hockey Days 2026, an AHL game between the Iowa Wild and Milwaukee Admirals that will be the first professional game in the event's 20-year history.
