Luka Doncic and Giannis Antetokounmpo remain unchanged in All-Star fan voting

It's been eight days since the latest update cycle, and one thing remains consistent in the 2025-26 NBA All-Star fan voting.
Luka Doncic and Giannis Antetokounmpo were once again easily the top vote-getters in their respective leagues when the league announced its second round of fan returns on Tuesday.
The pair were already in the lead when their first return was announced on December 29, and neither has been replaced since.
Doncic, now in his first full season with the Los Angeles Lakers following last year's blockbuster trade, has led the Western Conference with 2,229,811 fan votes.
Antetokounmpo, in his 13th NBA season with the Milwaukee Bucks, continues to lead the Eastern Conference with 2,092,284 votes, according to Yahoo Sports.

In the selection process of All-Star starters, fan voting accounts for 50%, current NBA players account for 25%, and the media jury accounts for the remaining 25%.
Voting will last until January 14 at 11:59 pm ET.
On the court, Doncic has proven his popularity. He averaged a league-high 33.7 points per game and had six 40-point performances in just 26 games.
Antetokounmpo's Bucks have struggled to maintain a solid 16-20 record, but his individual performance has still been outstanding.
Despite missing time due to a calf injury, he averaged 29.3 points, 10 rebounds and 5.5 assists in 22 games.
He also redefined his role by directing the Bucks' offense.
“I'm at a point in my career where I just want to help my team win. Obviously, do I believe that I can facilitate the game, that I can make a difference?” Giannis said after the Bucks' 115-98 win over the Kings. “Yes. Do I believe I have to give them room to grow? Yes. Stefan and I today we checked the stats, right? Seven assists or more. I win 69% of my games. And, eight assists or more, 73% of my games.
“When I'm a point guard, we're going to win. No, but just give them room to grow, man. I thought they played great. We need them to make plays, especially when we're on the road, when we're playing big games, not when we're trying to get out of the playoffs.”
