Luka’s transition in offseason: “My body looks better”

Lakers star Luka Doncic has not waited for a rebound season, he has changed his body.

After a frustrating, injured 2024-25 campaign, he played in just 50 games due to a tricky calf problem, Doncic promised himself to do a new level of training and paid off.

“As for now, I want to say that my whole body looks better,” Don Sici said in an interview with Men's Health magazine. There, the new photos show a significantly lean, more tuned version of the five-time All-Star selections.

Luka has spent rigorous training in Croatia over the past two months, including basketball throughout the month.

Physical therapist Javier Barrio told men that Doncic only resumed shootings in June, but the pure focus was on physical.

“I think this summer, he saw the difference and he was really happy,” Barrio said.

Luka seems to hear all the chats about his conditions and has the meaning to prove.

“Every summer, I try to do something different,” Doncic said. “Obviously, I'm very competitive. This summer is a little different, you know. It's driving me to be better.”

Don Sici reportedly called his manager the day after the Lakers were eliminated and told her that he wanted to start training immediately.

“This year, with my team, I think we've taken a huge step,” Doncic said. “But it's just the beginning, you know. I need to keep going. I can't stop.”
