Brownie confirmed a lot after getting a lot of improvements in the summer league

Bronny James waved his hand at this year's Las Vegas Summer League, not just because his game has improved.
Speculation about potential body transformation has been spinning, and now the 20-year-old has confirmed it.
“Yes, of course,” Brownie told Lakers reporter Mike Trudell when asked if he had added important muscle before his second season. “When I was drafted, I definitely used more bodies than I did in high school, at USC and USC. I didn't use bodies, either, but the NBA is at a higher level, so I have to make my body right.”
In five summer league games, Brownie looks significantly stronger and more confident. He averaged 14.3 points, 3.8 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 0.8 steals per game while shooting 48%, shooting 48%, three-pointers and 79% shooting.
Lakers Summer League head coach Lindsey Harding praised Breonny for going from grade 1 to grade 2.
“He’s great,” Harding said. Putting your time in the G League, gaining more and more confidence, then coming here, taking up a few minutes and responsibilities on your shoulders. He handled much more balls than he used to and made these decisions and reading for us, and he took this role as a leader, which was part of his growth. That was part of his growth. And then at that moment he could create any pressure where he could make it happen, he could make it happen (this is his pressure, he could disturb him, it is his pressure, it is his pressure, it is his pressure, it is his full pressure, he planned to come out, it is his game, it is his pressure. Our team this season.”
James praised his time in the G League to speed up his development.
“I definitely think those G League reps have made me feel comfortable, so it helped me be there for a long time,” Brownie said. “My confidence has been strengthened from last year, throughout the G League season and some NBA games. It's a slow progress, but it's been working on it so far.”
