President Donald Trump seemed a little confused as he tried to insult his ex during his speech at Fort Bragg on Tuesday.
“I've known this guy for a long time,” Trump said of former President Joe Biden. “He's never been the sharpest light bulb.”
Trump also conducted his second dig at Biden, saying he was just a mind that made sense “long ago.”
