According to documents from the Chilan County Superior Court, law enforcement said Paityn, 9, Evelyn, 8, and Olivia, 5, may all die of suffocation.
The girls were reportedly missing Friday after a visit with their father, Travis Decker.
Law enforcement is actively looking for him.
On June 2, law enforcement, together with the FBI, narrowed the area between Icicle Road and Chumstick Road near Leavenworth.
They said they found Dyke's truck near the Rock Island campsite, but no one was inside.
According to court documents, officials and deputies found zippered ties and plastic bags throughout the area.
The documents also point out that the truck appears to have two bloody handprints.
During the search of the area, law enforcement officers found the bodies of three young girls.
Court documents also state that murders may have been useful.
According to cell phone records, the cell phone records obtained on Saturday may visit the area on Thursday before picking up his scheduled visit.
Law enforcement said they could arrest Dickel on three counts of murder and kidnapping.
Anyone who sees him should call 911 immediately.
Decker is a former military training, police said.
It is not clear whether he is currently armed, but if approached, he could pose a risk.
