NBA fans must prepare for the reality of LeBron's retirement after 2025-26
LeBron James may enter his final season in the NBA.
The 40-year-old superstar has been considering retirement for years and may end when the 2025-26 season conclusion ends.

ESPN insiders also noted that James has been walking away at weight since his 20th season.
“So, I think you're like, yes, very limited time in his career,” McManning said.
James will turn 41 in December and is still a force on the court despite his nearly 23 seasons in the league.
Last season, he averaged 25.1 points, 8.2 assists and 7.9 rebounds while earning a $52.6 million player option in 2025-26.
James reportedly hadn't talked with the Lakers about the acquisition or deal and he should report to the training camp with the team. sports.
Still, uncertainty remains whether his 23rd NBA season will be spent on purple and gold.
Meanwhile, the Lakers seem to be planning for their future after graduation, with Luka Doncic, 26, now the cornerstone of the franchise.
