Every year at the end of May or early June, Sony holds PlayStation Days of Play, where the company hosts community events, sales and more gamers. This year is no exception. During Tuesday's match, Sony announced the monthly game for all PS Plus Plus subscribers for June, as well as this month's bonus game catalog titles and more.
PlayStation Plus is Sony's Xbox Game Pass version, which provides game subscribers with a large, ever-expanding title library. There are three PlayStations plus layers – Required ($10 per month), extra ($15 per month) and premium ($18 per month) – Each gives subscribers access to the game. While each tier gives subscribers access to monthly games, PlayStation Plus Game Catalog is accessible to only additional and premium subscribers, which allows you to play games anytime, anywhere, not just in that month.
Below are monthly games, bonus PS Plus game catalog titles and other games PS and subscribers will be accessed soon. You can also view other games available in PS Plus Game Catalog, such as Hogwarts Legacy and Blue Prince.
Monthly PS Plus games in June
Sony brings new games to all three tiers of PS Plus each month, but subscribers can play them a few weeks before access expires. This is a game for all three levels of June.
Destiny 2: The Final Shape
Available on May 28.
This is an extension to the popular first-person shooter 2. Your main goal is to stop witnesses, a powerful man who can command the Black Fleet, the Black Fleet. The extension also includes new abilities, a new character subclass called “Prismatic” and new weapons and maps.
NBA 2K25
Available on June 3rd.
The new NBA champion will be crowned soon, marking the end of the 2024-2025 season. But with NBA 2K25, PS Plus subscribers don't have to wait until next season to experience their favorite team playing. You can build your own dynasty in MYGM mode where you are the general manager of the team, or you can create your own players and sweep the court. The choice is yours.

Sony adds new games to its PS Plus directory every month, but only PS Plus Plus Extra and Premium subscribers can play them. When Sony adds the game to the directory, these subscribers can access them anytime, anywhere, not just that month.
Here are some of the games Sony will soon add the directory to the directory. Sony says these are bonus games, and it will announce more PS plus game catalog titles will be added soon.
Another crab's treasure
Available on May 29th.
You know what they are talking about: One person's trash is another crab's treasure, or something like that. This game is like the cross between Elden Ring and the classic game Ecco The Dolphin. You play as a hermit crab who starts looking to buy back its reclaimed shell. You will have to use the ocean's garbage to protect yourself from huge enemies and you will also learn why the ocean is contaminated with garbage. Who knows, maybe you'll see Ariel's Thingsbobs collection there.
Destiny 2: Legacy Collection
Available on June 4th.
Destiny 2 is already a huge game, this version allows you to get more rewards, new subcategories, more dungeons, and expansions of the Witch Queen and the Glitter. Depending on how long it takes to beat, these two extensions may add at least 20 hours of gameplay to the base game. (Disclosure: How long does it take to the same parent company as Ziff Davis's CNET.) You can also access other dungeons, including Heretics, Broken Throne, and Avarice's Mastery.
