Orleans Parish District Attorney speaks during escape, five prisoners are still loose

The fifth inmate was captured after jailbreak in New Orleans. Five are still loosening. Maintenance personnel were charged with cutting off the water so that inmates could escape through a hole behind the toilet. NBC News's Ryan Chandler reported more people from outside the Orleans Parish prison.
