I'm fascinated by this ultra-thin foldable foldable

I haven't used Samsung Fold to bid for my bid since the 2022 Galaxy Z Fold 4 launch. Instead, I've been very satisfied with the N5 on Oppo since I arrived a few weeks ago. The book-style foldable features an 8.12-inch interior screen and a 6.6-inch exterior screen. This is a bigger device than the now-out Galaxy Z Fold 6. Compared to the rest of the foldable products, its relative thinness makes it taste delicious despite its larger screen size. This makes us wonder if Oppo has the same plans for the brand OnePlus, which sells in the U.S., which has not seen updates that have been loudly praised for it since 2023.

That's not to say that oppo finds N5 perfectly foldable. It starts at $2,500 Singapore dollars, about $1,880. First, it is still subject to the problem of using this factor, especially with the little hands. This is a huge cradle with only fingers! I know that my hands are small and medium sized and not to act as a telephone soft nail. However, the larger internal screen made me realize what I wanted yes Folding tablet phone. I don't want the folding device to pretend to be a phone in my pocket. I love screen space, wherever I am, can stroll, read and dig into niche topics. That's the point of such an expensive phone, and discovering the N5 helps all of that. I'm ready to embrace a bigger, thinner folding device.

One of the best foldable experiences

The front cover screen of the Find N5 is 6.6 inches.

Let's talk about what you're doing with Oppo looking up N5, especially when for some reason you're so fascinated by overseas releases that you try to import it yourself. First of all, this is one of the thinnest folding devices you can fix today. Compared to the Pixel 9 Pro Fold's 5.1mm, the Find N5 is 4.2mm thin when it is opened, and it has one of the thinnest designs in the U.S. foldable space.

Wireless charging remains intact, thanks in part to Oppo's proprietary infrastructure that facilitates up to 80W of Supervooc Tethered and 50W wireless charging, but uses only the brand's cables. The battery is sufficient, at least for the Oppo case. It's a 5,600 mAh battery, a little bigger than you'll find in Google and Samsung's folding boards. It's bigger than Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 6, which has a 4,400 mAh battery. I didn't do a full battery test, but the battery life has been fun. That's the Find N5 connected to the mobile network and get all notifications from the newspaper and chat apps I installed, and the OnePlus Watch 3 synced my workout. (For its value, I've been running Find N5 using SIM to connect to the Mint network, which is fine.)

Everything else on the Find N5 is standard smartphone events until the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. You can buy the Find N5 with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, but it starts with plenty of 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. The Find N5 has cute little quirks like a silent switch on one side of the device, and a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button. Again, this seems to be a common method used in foldable smartphones. Samsung has done so, and there are rumors that Apple will do the same with its folding smartphone.

Find where the 8.1-inch internal screen of the N5 is located. I use it to read books and magazines on Libby, coordinate with my hobby friends on Discord, and scan only the headlines I can handle in two newspaper apps. Another night, I just supported it in the middle of my belly and watched an episode Anna Nicole performs On YouTube – The YouTube app knows how to use the screen to fold halfway.

It is the widescreen that works for me. Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 6 is great if you try to use a more phone-like fold rate. Oppo's position seems to be that if you're going to wield one of them, you'll know what it's for, so why not make it good, Dapeta tablet? Although I like having a 7-inch Android tablet, like the Nexus 7, the Find N5 has a larger screen size, which is why I prefer it to other folding devices. It feels like I can do more.

Wait, why did you tell me about this phone?

The Oppo Find N5 is not easy to get in the US, which may make you wonder why we are introducing it. OK, because Oppo is the parent company of OnePlus, which is a brand Do For sale in the US, as I mentioned, it often comes with the characteristics of Oppo devices that have been successful overseas. So far, the Find N5 has received a lot of glowing reviews, mainly because of its slim, lightweight (ISH) design and large screen.

Oppo finds the N5 not only interesting, because it's a thin phone, though that's the driving force behind why you bother importing it in the first place. It also shows us what manufacturers consider their users to be “basic” features. Without some warnings, you cannot have thin equipment.

The back of the Find N5 is basically a OnePlus device with the same Hasselblad brand.

For example, the camera on the N5 was found to be in the middle. On paper, the dual 50-MP camera sensor, a secondary camera for primary shooting, a secondary camera for telephoto function and a secondary camera sensor for third 8-MP camera sensor seems promising. However, unless you click and ask it to focus on a specific point, that main camera often prefers images beyond the light. Just like Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 6, it's limited to 3x optical zoom.

Regarding software updates, OPPO will not support this phone as long as Samsung and Google plan to do so on their respective folding devices. Samsung and Google have committed to software updates and security patches for seven years. Oppo and OnePlus remain committed to a four-year schedule.

I found that the N5 was not what I said to be durable either. The cases sent by the manufacturer with our audit unit did not even cover its front. It pops up behind and has enough boxes to cover the hinges. The entire cover screen is still exposed. At least, the discovery N5 is waterproof, if not built for the tough outside world. OPPO has obtained IPX6, IPX8 and IPX9 levels. It was found that N5 could withstand different water conditions, including rainwater and high-pressure water jets. It's almost the same on Google and Samsung devices.

The speaker's smartphone also limits this expensive smartphone, especially compared to the bass-forward sound I get from the iPhone 16, even the iPhone 16e's tiny phone body has some powerful woofers.

You cannot purchase this phone (if you are in the United States)

Even though most manufacturers seem to be in a standstill, the war for the thinnest folding smartphones continues, figuring out how to stuff AI into the dead cell phone bodies. This is good news for those obsessed with the gadget freak of the future. Found the N5 is comfortable to fold. The hinge is strong enough to find that the N5 can support itself. If you haven't received good news about folding your smartphone yet, Oppo discovers N5 hopes you can give you some confidence. I like this phone as a dedicated reading device and it has the same software tricks as Samsung's UI on its folding board, so there's no problem with transitioning to transition.

However, I’m sorry, because those of us in the United States cannot buy this phone directly. I hope this means some good news for OnePlus fans and those looking for a third product outside of Google and Samsung.
