Border 4: Getting the perfect roll on your favorite gun can be even harder

The game flow in the border area makes one thing very clear: The next work in the robbery shooter series is doubling its commitment to having more guns than ever before.

Although Borderlands 3 has over 1 billion guns for players to move around the galaxy, Gearbox software is making fundamental changes to the weapon parts system to allow more weapons to be generated in Borderlands 4.

In previous games, weapons could only be generated with parts from a single fictional weapon manufacturer. This means that players can learn about their favorite weapons based on certain trademark characteristics of different manufacturers.

For example, the Fradov weapon is a fully automatic bullet hose, the Hyperion weapon becomes more accurate with the ongoing fire, and the Torgue weapon fires explosive turn. Every manufacturer has quirks, players or weapons that they are not aware of, even if a particular drop doesn't have the ideal parts for the ideal statistics.

Borderlands 4 comes with its own unique weapon features and privileges to introduce three new weapons manufacturers.

The game state reveals new weapons manufacturers, including ordering weapons that will explode for bouncy guns, fully automatic ripper weapons that fire fast bouncy bullets, and reliable daedalus weapons that allow you to exchange ammunition types on the go.

Now, randomly generated weapons can come from parts from multiple different manufacturers. You might rob weapons with Hyperion grips, Tediore Magazine and Vladof Barrel, allowing you to tear the enemies apart more and more accurately until you thrive with explosive guns. It sounds cool on paper, but in reality, it might make the final game of Borderlands 4 even harder.

Facing the biggest challenge facing the border, especially the RAID boss – for the most dedicated players, spend time getting the best rolls on the loot. This means ploughing the same enemies until they throw the right weapon parts and privileges down to finish the job.

In Borderlands 4, a large number of weapon parts from other manufacturers will make the drop you want even harder. The legendary gun price cut has already stood out from the previous game – which means it is harder than ever to cultivate the right parts on a specific legendary weapon.

The legendary loot will be much rarer than in Borderlands 3-the transmission hopes the orange Didi feel special again.

Borderlands 4 will probably have the most interesting build effects in the series, and how many moving parts are there for Arsenal players. But it remains to be seen if everyone can easily access powerful buildings, or if the new loot mechanics ensure that the strongest weapons only land in the craziest (luckiest) circles of 4 players without borders.

The robbery may be the biggest attraction for border fans, but other major changes will happen in the next game.

Borderlands 4 is moving the series to the sports shooter area as each playable Vault Hunter can sprint, double jump, glide and grab the entire terrain. Some areas also have Ziplelines that allow you to shoot into the air for a better understanding of the world, then speed up your destination by spawning new Digirunner vehicles (looks like a hybrid between Destiny’s Sparrow Hanging Mouse and Halo’s Ghost).

The game will have full crossover effects at the launch event, and the game will be used with the new collaborative quality features. Your campaign difficulty and generated loot will be fully realized from your friends, meaning no one has to fight in a world environment.

Perhaps most importantly, you won't need to reload an area to fight your boss again. Borderlands 4 Boss Arenas will include a lever that reappears into encounters, so you can jump back to the action without forcing the main menu.

This is the best time to implement this feature, as weapon parts changes and legendary loot drop nerfs, it is safe to assume that if you chase a specific weapon scroll in Gearbox's next big heist shooting game, you'll fight the boss over and over again.
