Forza Horizon 5 is on PS5, so I don't need Xbox anymore

Forza Horizon 5 This is the whole reason I have an Xbox Series S. I'm not a real-life car guy – if money, practicality and burning through fossil fuels isn't that worrying, then I'd definitely get a fun hot hatch with a stick. I don't care about luxury or exotic intelligence, I drove a 12-year-old Prius C in real life. but Forza Horizon 5 So, it’s a clever blend of open world exploration, fierce competition and replayability, and it also makes me try dozens of cars I daydreaming, which feels like a must-buy.
Comment by my colleague Jess Conditt Forza Horizon 5 In 2021, I pushed me to the edge. A few months later, I got my first Xbox console and invested a lot of time in the game. My addiction was far beyond my expectations and it definitely exploded. I've gotten rid of a little more than three years since then. At this point, it's not a daily or weekly race, but sometimes it can hook it back to me and I run into my favorite tracks, try different cars or dig into the weekly challenges.
Now, Forza Horizon 5 My preferred console is available on PS5. At this point, this is probably the largest franchise born across platforms and the latest example of how Microsoft considers “console exclusive.” From a broader perspective, the company has given many signs that make seats under TV not a major priority – Mobile high-profile game Forza Horizon 5 Just another example.
However, it worked for me because it means I really don't need Xbox anymore. I might stay for a while because I'm a backpacking mouse and I want to play the game at some point there are still several titles on the pass. But there are very few games need At this point, I can throw it away and really don't miss too much rhythm – there are already a lot of games without having to worry about the game pass.
Not surprisingly, Forza Horizon 5 Run perfectly on the PS5. All that makes the game appear on Xbox is here, and I usually prefer the DualSense controller for the Xbox One. These triggers feel great for pumping and brakes, and haptic feedback is usually better. I feel a little sad about all the progress of giving up the Xbox version – especially my garage is filled with cars I've earned over the past few years. However, it's also fun to start fresh and have a reason to unlock everything again and start over in many missions in the game.
Even though this game is three and a half years old, it is still worth mentioning now. Developer playground games have been adding new content, including hot rounds and rally adventure expansions for 2022 and 2023. With the release of PS5, there is also a new Horizon Realme feature (all platforms), which previously listed 11 limited-time “Evolving World” areas in the seasonal update. At this point, I'm not expecting more content updates, but if you're new to gaming on the PS5, long enough to keep you busy for a long time.
Visually, the game matches its Xbox Series X alignment, with 60 fps performance mode and 30 FPS graphics mode. This is an upgrade to the series version that I spent a lot of time, as the console maximizes at 1440p and there are graphics upgrades beyond the solution. but Forza Horizon 5 No matter which console you use, I'm not an absolutely gorgeous game, and I'm not a pixel fan. If you've already purchased games on Xbox consoles on PS5, there's no real reason for the reason you're already buying them on PS5 – unless you want to simplify how much you're under your TV.
It turns out that this is where I am now. I need to reduce the hoard trend and do my best to appreciate the tiny footprint of the Xbox Series S and the reliable choice of the title of the Game Pass, I don't have unlimited time or time. I'm so grateful for what I've got from this little console over the years, but I think I don't think it's a long way to use the Series S as a Forza machine 75% of the time. But hey, Microsoft got cash from me and I had years of fun so I wasn't angry. I just hope there is another Forza Horizon game in the future that hits PlayStation at the same time as Xbox – assuming there is still a console called Xbox.
