Virginia Giuffre, who accuses Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein of sexual abuse and trafficking, died in 41

Warning: This story contains details of sexual abuse that can affect those who have experienced sexual violence or know someone affected.

Women accused Prince Andrew of British and other influential men of sexually exploiting her teenage women, trafficked by shamed financier Jeffrey Epstein. She is 41 years old.

Virginia Giuffre died on her farm in Western Australia on Friday.

“Love, wise and fun, is a beacon for other survivors and victims,” PR officer Dini von Mueffling said in a statement.

“She admires her children and many animals. She always cares more about me than I do. I will miss her words. It represents her a privilege for life.”

American-born Gi, who has lived in Australia for many years, has become an advocate for survivors of sex trafficking among the core figures of Epstein's long-term downfall.

Juvrey says Epstein forces her to have sex with Prince Andrew

Epstein, a wealthy, wealthy New York money manager, died in August 2019 in a New York prison, awaiting federal federal sex trafficking charges involving dozens of teenage girls and young women, some of whom were 14 years old. The charges were 14 years old.

After the initial investigation ended with Epstein’s 18-month term in Florida prison, Giffray publicly stepped forward, who reached a secret agreement to avoid federal prosecution rather than a charge of soliciting prostitution at a relatively small state level. He was released in 2009.

In a subsequent lawsuit, Giuffre said she was the teenage spa at Mar-A-Lago (Palm Beach Club of U.S. President Donald Trump) when she was approached in 2000 by Epstein's girlfriend and later employee Ghislaine Maxwell.

Giuffre said Maxwell hired her as Epstein’s masseuse, but the couple effectively made her a sexual servant, not only satisfying Epstein but his friends and colleagues. Giuffre said she was flying around the world with men, including Prince Andrew, at the age of 17 and 18.

These people denied this and attacked Juvrey's credibility. She admitted to changing some key details of her account, including the age she had seen Epstein for the first time. But many parts of her story are supported by documents, witness testimony and photos – including one of her and Andrew, whose arms surround Maxwell’s London townhouse exposed midriff.

In one of her lawsuits, Jufuray said she had sex with the royal family three times: during her 2001 trip, she was 17 years old at Epstein's luxury home in New York and 18 years old at the Virgin Islands.

Royal settlement with giuffre

Andrew absolutely rejects Giuffre's allegations and says he doesn't remember meeting her.

His denials blow up his face in a November 2019 BBC interview. The audience saw a prince who made curious rebuttals, such as defending Giuffre recalling the sweaty dance, saying he was medically powerless – no empathy for the women Epstein abused them.

Within days of the interview, Andrew resigned from royal duties. He settled with Giuffre in 2022 and received undisclosed payments, agreeing to donate to her survivor organization.

A statement filed in the court said the prince admitted Epstein was a sex trafficker and was eager to “be a victim of abuse.”

She also filed an application, at least in some cases resolving lawsuits against Epstein and other related to him. In one case, she gave up her claims against a prominent American lawyer, saying she might have been wrong because he identified him as a man Epstein offered her.

Epstein's death ended the hope of his accuser putting him accountable for the crime.

Maxwell was convicted in 2021 on federal sex trafficking and conspiracy charges and sentenced to 20 years in prison. She said she should not blame Epstein for his abuse.

The prosecutor's election did not include Giuffre's allegations in Maxwell's case, but Giuffre later told the court that British socialites “opened up the distance to hell.”

Giuffre also recalls childhood sexual abuse

Giuffre, who was born in Virginia Roberts, told the interviewer that her childhood was broken when a man her family knew was sexually abused. She said she later fled her home and suffered more abuse.

She said she met her current husband while undergoing massage training in Thailand in Epstein's Order in 2002. She got married, moved to Australia and had a family.

Last month, Giuffre's public relations officer said she was hospitalized after a serious accident. She didn't answer questions about the date, location, nature or other details of the accident, nor did she answer the accuracy of Sunday's Instagram post from Giuffre, saying that the prognosis of her once hit by a school bus was horrible.

The Associated Press has not identified those who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they publicly stand up like Jivre.
