Suspicious drunk driver raised over child harm allegations

April 24 – A 26-year-old man faces multiple charges after he caught him in a vehicle with a kid in his vehicle earlier this month.
Prosecutors filed a felony charge for a felony crime of child endangerment and a misdemeanor of a peace officer linked to the April 9 traffic stop nearby in Kalispel Company. Baker is expected to appear in the court on May 1 at Judge Heidi Ulbricht of Flathead County District Court.
The soldier found a child riding a Cadillac sedan, allegedly not wearing a seat belt, wearing a Cadillac plate at about 11 p.m., court documents say, and the soldier learned that it belonged to Baker, who had an active misdemeanor.
Court documents say the cavalry found empty beer cans on the floor after pulling the car over and approaching it. The soldier reported that Baker was originally named after his elder brother, his eyes filled with bloody eyes and words. Baker also smelled alcohol, according to court documents.
Although he denied drinking, Baker's performance in the standardized sobriety test was otherwise stated, court documents said. Although he initially refused to perform other tests, he later agreed to draw blood.
According to court documents, the child was sent to the care of his grandmother after he warned the child and family services.
