Amazon is testing AI-generated hosts that talk to customers through product capabilities

Amazon involves talking to AI-generated hosts through product summary. It looks quite similar, which also includes AI-generated hosts that seem to be pulled from the intermediate podcast.

Amazon says these “AI shopping experts save time by compiling research and providing customers with product pages, reviews and insights to their customers.” This leads me to a clear question. Amazon is. Some studies have shown that fake comments illustrate the total. Will these AI hosts draw inspiration from these comments? We have contacted Amazon and will update this post if we hear back.

Each audio summary reminds you that it is generated by AI, just before the introduction of the “Expert” host. Amazon says these owners are “like having a helping friend discuss potential purchases to make your shopping easier.”

You might be able to try it now. Currently, it can be used on certain products on mobile apps (for example, as well as several other items). Just click on the “Listen Highlights” button below the product. Amazon said it will launch to more customers and more products in the near future.

I can see this is a boon for those with visual impairment problems, but I listened to a few summary and they certainly won't save any time. I can read the reviews carefully, view product information, and even do a web search on myself within the time it takes for a friendly expert to complete Spiel.

The company says this feature is useful when it’s “multitasking or on the go”, but I don’t spend money unconsciously in this way. you? This seems to be another AI Thingamabob that no one really asks for, but maybe a niche can be found somewhere. Again, this can be very useful for visual impairment, but that's not how Amazon markets it.
