Marvel has just announced its first X-Men movie. A bit and well-crafted actor announcement Avengers: The End of the WorldMarvel revealed that several stars of the original fox X-Men The series is returning, presumably their original character. Patrick Stewart starts with Ian McKellen, James Marsden, Rebecca Romijn, Alan Cumming and Kelsey Grammar.
The cast is still coming and we will add more names when they reveal it. But we think it's safe to assume that they're playing professors X, Magneto, Cyclops, Mystique, Nightcrawler and Beast.
This is interesting for many reasons. First there are two X-Men actors. There are 2000 originals X-Menand the people who restarted/prequel in 2011, X-Men: First Class. Of course, they come together in subsequent movies, but if you have to choose which actor will transfer to the MCU, you'll guess the younger movie. Although to be fair, both Stewart and grammar have been replayed Doctor Strange in the Crazy Multiverse and Miracle.
Then there is another problem, that these characters will the Avengers Movie. They are not Avengers. They are X-Men. Well, they might just sacrifice the lambs, so can the Doctor of Destruction, played by Robert Downey Jr., prove his superiority? Will all these actors come back just be killed?
Obviously, we don't know. We don't know if it appears end It's the X-Men of that universe. Deadpool & Wolverine, The actual first X-Men movie in the MCU clearly shows that all of these characters are available in multiple versions. And, it was revealed that Channing Tatum returned as Gambit, we know that this is part of it. So, it may be brand new. Maybe they aren't even those characters.
Still, it’s very exciting to see these names pop up for long-time superhero movie fans. The Fox Universe has gained some opportunities in the past, but is back the Avengers The movie feels like a whole new level.
