Playstation's match status live stream brings exciting news to fans of Marvel fighting games, which is surprising. Marvel Tōkon: Battle Soul– Equipped for PC and PS5 in 2026 – Not from Capcom, Capcom is the developer of many Marvel games in the genre (Criminal Equipment, BlazBlue).
It is also worth noting that the game is a 4V4 TAG-TEAM fighter and offers some stylish Tokusatsu-inspired designs for its massive roster of familiar characters.

“Generally speaking, team-and-fighting games require players to learn multiple characters,” explains Kazuto Sekine, game director and leading combat designer. “but Marvel Tōkon: Battle Soulyou only need to master one character to play the game. We have designed this mechanism so that you can perform various operations using traditional fighting game inputs or simple inputs. With several buttons, multiple characters can appear on the screen to provide backup or attack, creating a new and exciting team-and-fighting experience. ”
These characters, trailers and blog posts confirm, including Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, Storm, Ms. Marvel, Star Knight and Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes). Each of them would have “customized, special, special and unique attacks inspired by Marvel’s legendary abilities and power” and special considerations for the game format, which is the 4V4 TAG-TAG-TAG-TAG-TAG-TAG-TEAM Fighter.
