Alerts from Whole Eat Beef for Sale on E. coli

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Food Safety and Inspection (FSIS) has issued a health alert, according to a press release from the government agency, which said that the packaged Whole Foods in U.S. stores sold 1-pound organic brand ground beef, according to a press release from the government agency. Beef may be contaminated with E. coli.

According to FSIS, 85% of lean fat ground beef was produced on May 22 and May 23 and on June 19, 2025 and June 20, 2025. The product is also marked with the building number EST. 4027.

FSI has only issued public health alerts, not recalls, because it says the products are “no longer available for purchase”, although it is not clear when it will be last on store shelves. The agency believes that the concern is that beef may currently sit in refrigerators and freezers across the country. But the lack of recall means it won't appear on the entire food product recall page, either. The company did not immediately answer questions from Wednesday's email.

The USDA has not received any reports of any disease consuming organic beef, although most food-born diseases have not been reported. Organic ranchers notified FSIS's beef tests were positive for E. coli, which could lead to dehydration, bloody diarrhea and severe stomach cramps for up to a week. Most people recover, but severe cases can lead to kidney failure. Children under five years of age and older people are at risk of severe symptoms.

In an unrelated health alert, Sulu Organic’s pork lard and beef tallow products have been lacking in the USDA. The fat products were created between December 2024 and March 2025 and included ranging from 1.5-pound glass jars to 7-pound plastic buckets to 50-pound boxes. The agency said the items have been shipped nationwide and there are no inspection notices.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Kennedy, the leader of the so-called “Make America Healthy Again” campaign, was largely considered a marginal thinker before being given one of the most important jobs of the federal government. Kennedy’s campaign for a vaccine was so marginal that he didn’t even believe in bacterial theory.

Americans have less attention than the USDA, Brooke Rollins, but she is also an ally of Trump and marginal rights. Rollins has provided $1 billion in federal funding for plans to connect local farmers with food banks and schools to provide fresh food to hungry Americans. But like every fool in the Trump army, Rollins has been tearing down important plans and taking food out of the mouths of hungry people in the name of cutting “waste, fraud and abuse.”
