Kristaps Porzingis continues to struggle for “viral disease”

On Monday, Boston Center Kristaps Porzingis brought to X to inform his followers that he was unable to function due to the disease – its exact nature has not been determined or defined.

“I’ve been dealing with some viral diseases that we haven’t fully identified yet,” Porzingis shared on the platform. “I'm recovering and getting better. But I'm still going all out to help this team. Thank you for your support and [I’m] Hope to get healthy rewards as soon as possible. ”

Pozingis has not played since the game against the Pistons in Detroit on February 26, and the Celtics marked his absence as non-ovarian disease.

It looks like the big man will return on Saturday’s game against the Lakers as he was initially listed as suspicious, but he was later relegated to outside.

Monday's showdown marked his sixth straight game.

The 7-foot-2 center averaged 18.9 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.6 blocks in 32 games with the Celtics this season.

After he had surgery in the offseason, he missed the first month of the season to resolve a tendon injury to the ankle, which happened in last year's NBA Finals Championship.

The Celtics have been doing well, winning 15 of their last 18 games, which put them in second place in the Eastern Conference.

Looking ahead, they will host the Thunder, who currently leads the Western Conference, having a highly anticipated showdown at their home court on Wednesday night.
