Front button mascot mascot sued the team for illegal resolution

The Denver Nuggets may appear in court because of the man who once brought the mascot, Mountain Lion, to life.
Denverite said former Nugget performer Drake Solomon filed a lawsuit against Crohnke Sports & Entertainment in Denver District Court, claiming that he was wrongly fired after undergoing hip replacement surgery in the 2023-24 season.
The lawsuit alleges violations of Colorado's Protection Opportunity and Workers' Rights Act and is intended to be a class action lawsuit seeking damages for Solomon and other KSE employees. His former supervisor was also appointed as the defendant.
Solomon is the second generation Rocky, whose father, Kenn, originated in 1990 in 1990, took over as the only person invited to participate in the closed trial in 2021.
But in the Nuggets' 2022-23 Championship Championship, he developed hip pain in both joints, which diagnosed vascular necrosis.
He underwent bilateral core decompression surgery, but the pain continued, forcing his father to retire.
“They just said I burned them last time and they didn't want to work on the second surgery,” Solomon told Denvert. “They were like, 'We don't know if this will be resolved this time because the first time wasn't resolved.'
“I didn't get any welcome, not what I needed. But when we all work in the same office, my superiors don't even look at me or talk to me. Until they finally talk to me, you know it's time to negotiate.
