In her suit, she claimed she gave a spiky drink at a party in Manhattan’s Soho area where Mr. Combs and others were gathering and “many sexual situations” were in progress, which made her feel uncomfortable. The lawsuit says she became sly and Mr. Coms “guided her head” to perform oral sex on him. She fainted and later woke up in the actor's room and “knowing she was sexually assaulted and raped”, according to court documents.
Justin Gooch filed another lawsuit, and Justin Gooch said he met Mr. Coms in the tunnel at the age of 16 in 1999, a popular dance club in Manhattan. The lawsuit says Mr. Combs gave him ecstasy and alcohol, and then they went to a bathroom where Mr. Combs gave Mr. Gucci more drugs without his consent and “penetrated” him. According to court documents, Mr. Combs said to him: “That's not bad, is it?”
Plaintiff Leslie Cockrell said in a third lawsuit filed Thursday that she attended a party in Hampton in 1999 where Mr. Combs had a drink there and she became dizzy and nauseous.
Aristalia Benitez's plaintiff in Set 4 lawsuit accused Mr Combs of assaulting her at a party at a restaurant in New York, saying Mr Combs gave her what he said was a non-alcoholic beverage that she believed contained had deafened her consciousness.
In a statement, Mr. Coms' attorneys denied allegations in all four lawsuits.
“This is another example of a false claim against Mr. Combs,” the statement said. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – a man or a woman, an adult or a minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.”
