Jason Kidd recounts the annoying rumors of Kyrie Irving being injured

Mavericks coach Jason Kidd has denied any connection between Kyrie Irving's tragic ACL injury and game time since Luka Doncic's trade.
NBA Internet has been adding similarities very quickly to Irving for a few minutes since the Luka trade and Irving left the ACL tear.
In the ten games that resulted in the season-end injury, Irving averaged 39.3 minutes, the most players in the league, and since then.
But Kidd doesn't like to think that the two are linked.
“We’re talking about a game,” Kidd said. “Not much before that. It's a freak accident, and that's how it should be reported. We're reporting conspiracy theories. We want our stars to play football. It shouldn't be a rest league.”
The 32-year-old was once the Mavericks this season, the most stable player, enjoying 50 games in the team's 62 games.
“Kay is our leader,” Kidd said. “Kay also played at a very high level; maybe he played some of the best basketball in his career. We can't talk from both sides and say our stars didn't play enough minutes and the guys didn't play enough. They rested. But now we say they played too much.”
Irving spoke to fans on Instagram shortly after a bad season finale and told them that it was all God’s plan.
“The recovery process has begun mentally, mentally, emotionally. Just want you guys to know I'm fine and I'll be fine. I'll be back. I'll be better. I don't want to question God's work or God's plans.”
He averaged 24.7 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.6 assists in 36.1 minutes and was selected as his ninth All-Star team in February.
