A woman makes a small electric car
People do all kinds of fun things with their vehicles, but a woman who drives a three-wheeled electric car and converts it into a house is one of the craziest things we've seen this week. The woman's “Janet Colby” on Tiktok has attracted millions of viewers when people marvel at her little house on the wheel.
A giraffe riding a pickup truck is all the rage.
From the outside, her ride looks like any kid you might see in Japan or elsewhere in the Pacific. But once she opens the door, you can see the interior decorated with cute little stuffed animals, lights on the roof, extra lights, pillows, curtains, folding tables and simple beds. There is a portable heater during the colder period of the year, but once the summer gets hot, we don't know what she is doing.
She even added a pull-down projector screen that is located on the back of the windshield, allowing her to watch movies in Tiny Ride.
One might say that the small electric car is a “comfortable” home, although she has no way to cook food inside, use the bathroom, shower or make other homes, is also useful. Things like this may work on road trips, but it is obviously a full-time arrangement for women.
We question whether she actually lives in the car or whether there are some heads to see. Her first video was uploaded on November 26, 2024, showing it's a brand new electric car, so she's been living from it for months or finding a great way to follow it online.
Although Janet Colby has many admirers for Tiktok, some point to the safety of her life arrangements. After all, cars don't offer the same type of privacy and protection.
Some commented on how she often showed small electric cars parked in the outskirts of a sleepy town, which to them was obviously “creepy” and unsafe. We would think that living in your car in an inner city area would be more risky, but indeed, many horror movies have semi-rural environments, and there is a reason.
