Dismissal’s perception of grief is primitive, real and dystopian

Sadness is a key theme lay off Season 1, but mainly limited to Outtie storyline. In season two, we have seen the loss notable in both parts of the show, even inspiring the innies (none of them have the ability to cope with complex emotions) to consider what death means to them.
In season 1, we learned lay offHis main character, Mark Scout, decided to become an employee of Lumon Industries because he thought it would help him deal with his loss of his wife, Gemma, in a car accident a few years ago. We soon know that Mark is still deeply influenced by her death, crying in his car before entering the office. He began to appreciate the eight-hour rest as his Innie controlled his consciousness. He left a few photos at home – because it was a subsidized housing for Lumon and he took the job after his death, we can assume she never lived with him, but the basement is still full of gemma braided supplies Storage boxes, candles and other tangible evidence.
Of course, the one who twists the knife is She's still alive. Viewers learned that with Innie Mark, the shocking details were learned, who screamed his discovery in the first season finale. His appearance spouse is actually Ms. Casey, a consultant at Lumont Health Center. Gemma/MS. Casey is the same person, Gemma is alive at all, opening up the mystery for season 2, especially when you recall what Ms. Casey reveals about her existence. As a cut off employee, she only woke up for a few days. All. From what we see, she never transformed into Outtie. Instead, she stayed in Lumeng full time.
Why did Lumon promote a conspiracy that looks so devilish and delicate? We don't know yet. But in lay off Season 2, Outtie Mark agrees to take a rough reintegration process when he realizes his wife does have the chance no Death in that car accident, but instead hid somewhere in one of the lower levels of Lumon. For him, a miraculous second chance with Gemma is worth the danger of tinkering around in his already sore brain.

Meanwhile, Innie Mark (not sure he is in the process of reintegration) struggles to find Ms. Casey. Instead of sharing his sorrow, he felt strange to him. Of course, we know that Ms. Casey has been remanded to the ominous “test floor” and this is Ms. Cobel's last last act as the boss who cut the floor. ((lay off It's the fifth episode of season 2, and Ms. Casey hasn't appeared yet.
It is worth mentioning that one of the reasons why Outtie Mark was hesitant at first was because he saw what happened to Petey, his former Lumon colleague Petey and his former Guinea Pig. lay off Season 1 begins with Innie Mark realizing that his work friends are no longer employed by Lumon. Innies has no idea what happened to Petey (it is hard to quit a tangible job and there is no obvious reason to be fired), and there is speculation that something happened to his Outtie. Peter's absence provides our first taste Cut offThe idea that often comes up is that when a person cut off leaves work, it actually means they are dead. Their appearance may be very good, but the version their Lumon Friends knows is just a blink of an eye.
That's why Innie Petey's “Death” is harder for Innie Mark than Petey Actual Death is against Outtie Mark. Still, the latter has the responsibility to attend the man’s funeral, a complete stranger who one day had a crazy conversation about Mark’s best friend in Lumon and all the drawbacks of the company’s secret involvement.

When Ms. Cobel is disguised as “Mrs. Selvig, Mark's next door neighbor, in season 1 – also appears at Petey's funeral, ostensibly against Mark Moral support, although she certainly did tear the Lumon diffuse debris in Petey's skull out there. We still don't know much about Ms. Cobel's background, but we do know she was the founder of the Lumon cult leader A staunch fanatic of Kier Eagan. We also know that she is very distressed by what happened in the past, most likely involving her late mother, which is the source of her strange behavior inside and outside the office.
As Ms. Cobel's mystery awaits more exploration, lay offThe hottest example of sadness no Mark Springs involving the relationship between Innie Irving and Innie Burt. Despite working in the improvements in Macrodata, Burt's On Otic and designs in the alleged rival division (IRV), the two men met with Cute in the corridor and had instant connections. Their shy flirting is the closest sweet thing we see lay offFor Irv, a man who is troubled by a wake-up dream trapped in a terrible black sticky dream, his feelings for Bert are a shocking revelation in the lives of those who have previously devoted themselves to counting numbers and becoming a staff manual . When Bert suddenly “retired” from Lumon, he gets a cheerful party, but his departure is otherwise as shocking and ultimately as Petey.
IRV was underperformed and fell into depression, so the process of consuming it guided his behavior in MDR's bold “overtime accident” stunt at the end of season one. When Innie Irv wakes up outside, he manages to dig out Bert's address and head to his house, crying with a name and slamming his front door, despite the fact that a) he and a man have a glimpse of a certain look like It's him who can be like the husband of Burt and b) Outtie Burt doesn't know who Irving is. When Irv returns to Lumon in season 2, he is a broken man. Burt outside is unavailable, Burt inside disappears.

However, shortly afterwards, the IRV suddenly quit. He was fired at the end of episode 4, so the Lumon version of IRV suddenly disappeared forever. For his MDR colleague Dylan, it was more or less related to the murder, no matter how often he assured IRV's Outtie, still alive and had a nice cruise. Milchick was promoted as Dylan was the manager of the cut floor after Ms. Cobel left, and therefore Milchick was promoted. Pass.
Like all Lumon rituals, the event was filled with awkward feeling. Once a “bereavement kit” is prepared, there will be personalized party gifts and an edible core, carved from watermelon with Irving's head. Dylan's speech was heartfelt, it was fanatical, and seemed to find some closure in doing so, but Milchick's underage assistant disapproved, thinking that the ceremony would confuse the ceremony and make the innies Believe that they are at the same level as humans.
Now, IRV is permanent in his Outtie form – in the latest episode lay offOuttie Burt and Outtie Irv meet for the first time interesting Development – MDR and their position as a three-person team, the mystery of Gemma/MS. Casey still wants to push the second half lay off Season 2, at least as far as Outtie Mark is concerned. He needed a wall and he was ready to risk his life to find out why Lumon had been letting him through hell and exploiting his darkest despair.
New episode lay off Arrived on Friday on Apple TV+.
